68 year old patient from San Diego, chose Dr. Mofid for her breast reconstruction. Dr. Mofid performed immediate reconstruction following a bilateral mastectomy. During the first stage of reconstruction the patient had, bilateral tissue expanders placed and a right breast latissimus dorsi flap with Veritas bovine pericardium to left breast. At a later date, Dr. Mofid removed the bilateral tissue expanders and replaced them with silcone breast implants. During the last stage of reconstruction, bilateral nipple areolas are created with skate flaps and full thickness skin grafts.
