39 year old patient from Carlsbad came to Dr. Mofid to consult about breast revision surgery. During her consultation she complained about the size and shape of her breasts and expressed her desire for rounder, more symmetrical, and perkier breasts. Because of these concerns, Dr. Mofid recommended a revisionary breast augmentation and mastopexy. A few weeks later, Dr. Mofid performed a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants, and a bilateral mastopexy using a SERI mesh. As a result, patient has the rounder, perkier breasts she desired.
