38 year old woman from San Diego came to Dr. Mofid to discuss breast revisionary surgery. After having breast augmentation with a different surgeon, she had complications resulting in a capsular contracture. In order to reverse the damage, Dr. Mofid performed a capsulectomy, bilateral implant exchange, a pocket conversion using Seri Mesh, and a mastopexy (breast lift).
