40 year old patient from San Diego came in to see Dr. Mofid for a reconstructive rhinoplasty. One of his main complaints was his inability to breathe though his nose due to a collapsed airway. Dr. Mofid performed a reconstructive rhinoplasty with rib graft. Post surgery, he has had a virtual total restoration of breathing through his nasal airway.
