This patient was referred to Dr. Mofid for a Septo/Rhinoplasty to improve her breathing and straighten her nose. Upon examination, Dr. Mofid discovered bilateral internal valve collapse which contributed to severe airway obstruction. Dr. Mofid performed an Open Septo/Rhinoplasty, which allows for greater precision of graft placement. These results are shown only 4 months after her procedure was performed. Residual swelling is expected to resolve 1 year post-op.
