This patient was referred to Dr. Mofid by her primary care physician to address breathing issues she was experiencing due to a severe septal deviation. Dr. Mofid determined an open septo-rhinoplasty with turbinate reduction was required to correct her septum and achieve her desired outcome. These photos were taken only 4 weeks after the procedure. Most of the swelling is expected to resolve 3 months after surgery.
