This 31 year old patient met with Dr. Mofid because she had a rhinoplasty performed by another surgeon and was unhappy with her outcome. She presented with a severely deviated septum which inhibited her ability to breathe. Dr. Mofid performed an open Rhino-Septoplasty with Rib Graft to correct her septum to improve her breathing and straighten her bridge.
