36 year old female from San Diego consulted with Dr. Mofid for her deviated septum. The patient complained she had difficulty breathing through her nose. Dr. Mofid recommended a septoplasty to improve her breathing and a rhinoplasty to lift and reduce her tip. Pictures were taken 1 month after surgery.
