This 40 year old patient with Gender Dysphoria was referred to Dr. Mofid for gender-affirming top surgery. She wanted more feminine breasts to feel more like herself. Dr. Mofid performed a Bilateral Breast Augmentation with 525cc High Profile Silicone Implants placed under the muscle.
