This 48 year old female patient was assigned male at birth and was referred to Dr. Mofid for gender affirming top surgery. Dr. Mofid suggest a Chest Wall Reconstruction with Silicone Implants and Liposuction to give her a more feminine shape. She chose to proceed with Dr. Mofid’s recommendation and decided on 450cc High Profile Silicone Implants placed under the muscle and Liposuction of Abdomen and Flanks.
