23 year old patient from San Diego, California was referred by their primary care physician to Dr. Mofid for gender confirmation surgery. Dr. Mofid performed a three-step breast reduction and chest wall reconstruction with nipple reduction. These pictures were taken 2 months after the 3rd procedure.
