60 year old patient from Temecula came to Dr. Mofid seeking breast revision surgery. While meeting with Dr. Mofid, she complained about the position of her old implants and wanted to resolve the bottoming out of her implants. Due to these concerns, Dr. Mofid felt her best option was to change her implants and use a seri- sling in order to keep the implants in place. Dr. Mofid performed a bilateral implant exchange and mastopexy using a seri-sling. As a result, the patient’s breasts are fuller and more symmetrical, and the bottoming out of her original implants has been resolved.
