48 year old patient from Vista, came in post left breast mastectomy and radiation therapy. She wanted Dr. Mofid to reconstruct a left breast. Dr. Mofid performed a left breast reconstruction with a free DIEP flap. A right breast augmentation was performed to give bilateral symmetry and left nipple reconstruction was done using skate flap, donor full thickness skin graft from left inner thigh.
