48 year old patient from San Diego, came in post right breast mastectomy. The patient was ready to continue reconstruction of her right breast. Dr. Mofid performed a right breast reconstruction with a free DIEP flap. A left breast reduction was performed to give bilateral symmetry and right nipple reconstruction was done using skate flap, donor full thickness skin graft from right inner thigh to complete the reconstruction.
