52 year old patient from San Diego was referred to Dr. Mofid by her primary Doctor. After having breast reconstructive surgery by another surgeon, patient was unhappy with the results and sought out Dr. Mofid’s help to revise her breasts. Patient originally had her nipples tattooed on, but was unhappy with the unnatural results. To correct her breasts, Dr. Mofid performed a bilateral silicone implant exchange and a bilateral nipple areola reconstruction with skate flaps using donor skin from her inner thighs, in order to construct new nipples, and a revision of her bilateral breast reconstruction.
