46 year old patient from Spring Valley was referred to Dr. Mofid by her primary doctor for breast reconstruction following a left breast mastectomy. To reconstruct her left breast, Dr. Mofid used tissue from her abdomen, instead of an implant, to construct a new, more natural-looking breast. Months after the initial reconstruction, Dr. Mofid performed a right breast reduction in order to create symmetry between her breasts. Finally, Dr. Mofid completed the process by making a nipple for the patient’s left breast using donor skin from her inner thigh.
