65 year old female from San Ysidro, Ca came in to see Dr. Mark Mofid after she had a right mastectomy and placement of tissue expanders she had by a previous surgeon in 2002. She desired an implant exchange as well as reduction to her left breast. Dr. Mofid performed a removal of tissue expanders and placement of silicone implants, as well as a left breast reduction with mastopexy. She later had nipple reconstruction with a skin graft from her inner thigh. These photos were taken 6 months after her first surgery and 2 months after her final surgery.
