58 year old female from San Diego came to Dr. Mofid to discuss removing her breast implants. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts, and desired to return to her natural size. Dr. Mofid performed a bilateral breast capsulectomy and removal of her silicone implants as well as a breast lift (mastopexy). Post-surgery, the patient is happy with her natural results and smaller perkier breasts.
