This is a 26 year old female patient San Diego, California who came in complaining that she felt insecure in her clothes and wanted to feel sexier at the beach in her bathing suit. Dr. Mofid recommended a breast augmentation with saline implants using the transaxillary (through the armpit) approach placed sub-muscularly (underneath the muscle).
