53 year old female from La Jolla came to Dr. Mofid to consult about a breast lift and implant exchange. During her initial consultation she complained about the shape of her breasts as well as the way they hung low. Because of her concerns, Dr. Mofid recommended a capsulectomy, with a bilateral breast implant exchange, in conjunction with a mastopexy (breast lift). Dr. Mofid performed a bilateral mastopexy, and breast augmentation using silicone implants, resulting in rounder and more lifted breasts.
