42 year old female patient from San Diego scheduled a consultation with Dr. Mofid for breast enhancement surgery. The patient was athletic but felt her chest did not match her frame. After having children her breast had lost their volume and shape. After a comprehensive examination, Dr. Mofid recommended a breast lift (mastopexy) with a silicone implant breast augmentation, creating rounder and fuller shaped breasts. After pictures were taken 18 months after surgery.
