This is a 29 year old male patient who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for male pectoral implants. He chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient wanted a muscular chest. Dr. Mark Mofid recommended a bilateral male pectoral augmentation with solid silicone implants via the transaxillary (underarm) route. These photos were taken six months after a bilateral male pectoral augmentation with solid silicone implants via the transaxillary route and performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
