This is a 24 year old male patient from Seattle, Washington who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for male pectoral implants. He chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient wanted a muscular chest and a defined abdomen. Dr. Mark Mofid recommended a bilateral male pectoral augmentation with solid silicone implants via the transaxillary (underarm) route and liposuction of abdomen.
