This is a 59 year old female patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). She chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient was unhappy with her lower eyelid bags and upper eyelid skin excess. Dr. Mofid recommended a lower eyelid blepharoplasty using the "no touch" technique ( transconjunctival lower eyelid fat excision coupled with skin excess excision and canthopexy) and a conventional upper lid blepharoplasty. These photos were taken nine months after a lower eyelid blepharoplasty using the "no touch" technique( transconjunctival lower eyelid fat excision coupled with skin excess excision and canthopexy) and a conventional upper lid blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
