This is a 29 year old male patient from San Diego California who was not able to gain muscle in the areas he wanted and decided to enhance his chest. Dr. Mofid recommended a bilateral male pectoral augmentation with silicone implants and liposuction to develop a masculine appearance. These photos were taken three months after a bilateral male pectoral augmentation with silicone implants.
