This is a 74 year old male patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). He chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient was unhappy with his large lower eyelid bags. Dr. Mofid recommended a lower eyelid blepharoplasty using the transconjunctival approach with structural fat grafting to the lower eyelid tear troughs.
