This is a 56 year old female patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). She chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient was unhappy with her prominent lower eyelid tear troughs. She felt the made her look much older. Dr. Mofid recommended a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital fat repositioning. These photos were taken three months after a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with orbital fat repositioning performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
