This is a 15 year old male patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for treatment of male gynecomastia. He chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient desired a more muscular looking appearance. Dr. Mark Mofid recommended excision of the extra breast tissue for treatment of the male gynecomastia. These photos were taken three months after the male gynecomastia excision performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
