This is a 22 year old male patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a chin augmentation. He chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient was unhappy with his chin. He felt his face had a baby look and desired a more masculine appeal. This patient also had a history of a nasal fracture, collapsed left upper lateral cartilage, and a dorsal hump. Dr. Mofid recommended an open technique rhinoplasty with placement of a chin implant. These photos were taken one year after a chin augmentation and a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
