This is a 46 year old female patient from San Diego, California who after having 2 children decided it was time to do something for her. She wanted her breast to be perkier like they were pre-pregnancy. Dr. Mofid recommended a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants placed sub muscularly and a breast lift (mastopexy).
