This is a 43 year old female patient from San Diego, CA who came in complaining that she didn't feel sexy or confident in her clothes. After having children she felt that she needed to do something for herself to boost her self esteem. Dr. Mofid recommended a breast augmentation with saline filled implants using the Periareola (at the areola) approach placed sub-muscularly (underneath the muscle) for a more youthful and perky appearance. These photos are three months after her breast augmentation performed by Dr. Mofid.
